โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์การแข่งขันกีฬาแห่งชาติ ที่จังหวัดเชียงรายเป็นเจ้าภาพ
“เจียงฮายเกมส์” ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนได้ออกกำลังกาย เพื่อสุขภาพด้วยวิถีธรรมชาติ และนำเงินรายได้จากค่าสมัคร
มอบเข้าสมทบ “เจียงฮายเกมส์” นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นกิจกรรมที่ใช้เวลาว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์และเป็นการรวมพลัง
ของประชาชนชาวจังหวัดเชียงรายการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาแห่งชาติ “เจียงฮายเกมส์” ในครั้งนี้
