การจัดงาน เดินวิ่งภูบรรทัดมินิมาราธอนครั้งนี้ เพื่อหารายได้ บูรณะอนุสรณ์สถานฯ วัดไม้เสียบ ตำบลเกาะขันธ์ อำเภอชะอวด จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และสนับสนุนการเริ่มต้นสร้างแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ทางประวัติศาสตร์ บ้านในเตา อำเภอห้วยยอด จังหวัดตรัง
