Picking up the Race Kit (Race shirts/ BIB running numbers

• For self-pick up Use the application number + ID card. Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or photocopy Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to display and show to our officers.

• For picking up on behalf of another person, Use the application number + ID card of the person whose name is the application. (Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or photocopy Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to display and show to our officers + ID card of the person who wants to pick up on behalf of others instead (Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (driving's license) or passport Or photocopy Or take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones) to display/ show to our officers.

• In the case of BIB exchange/ purchasing from another person. To do as follows;

  2. Runners must NOTIFY the officials that they are BUYING from another person. So that the staff will make the correction / change the details in BIB to be correctly according to the running distance / gender / age of the buyer. Remark: Failed to do so - will NOT be eligible to receive any prizes if you are one of the winner ranked in the group age.

Note: Runners 21k. Half Marathon. Please remember the sequence number used to apply + ID card. Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to show to our officer. Because they have to contact to collect the Finisher 21k. Shirt at the Directorate, which must use the same information and procedures as receiving the Race Kit.

### Services on Race Day 12/09/2020

• Drinking water according to the competition standard every 2 km.
• Get the set meal box next to the medal reception table / behind the finish line
• Health check services by the nurse with Emergency Ambulances team & mobile car standby at the event & to look after the runner throughout the race competition.
• Drop-Off Personal Belonging service from 04.30 hrs. (Please collect the item before 09.00 hrs.)
• Toilet services are provided at each location in the Sawn Park.
• There are the staff team from the radio, volunteers facilitating throughout the running route.
• Free parking available, Please bring the car into the parking area early, able to park around the Sawan Park.

🔰 การประกวดแต่งกายนักวิ่งแฟนซี 5 รางวัล

1. Age requirements of runners in each race the applicants under age of 12 years old must have parental consent.
2. Appearance, runners must contact to receive the Race kit. They must show their ID card, driving's license or passport to collect “Race Kit”.
3. Running race scheduling will use "Gun Time" (the time from the clock of the competition) to judge the official wining results by using a “Rank Badges for Runners” and check through the check point.
4. Start point, runners must arrive at the Start point before the release time according to the type of distance they applied and passed the “check in” before entering the starting line as well as must exit at the specified point in accordance with the rules.
5. During the running, the runners must attach a BIB number to the front side of their race shirt to be visible and clearly for the committee to the entire race. Follow the specified path only and must run through all the checkpoints. Remark: *In case of running out of the specified route -The committee has the right to request you to leave the race competition immediately.
6. Should not run in groups in a horizontal, Observe and look behind you every time before changing lanes or overtaking, kindly pull over at the side of the road in case of to tie a shoe or doing other activities.
7. Do not dress or have any equipment that may be harmful to other runners.
8. Not dressing inappropriately, causing discomfort to other runners or visitors, such as being impolite, obscene, expressing political views, humiliating religion or beliefs, advertising products, propaganda etc.
9. Do not use devices or sounds that will cause others to misunderstand that the signal is released.
10. Not doing anything which causes a delay in the race competition or obstructing the finish line.
11. Stop or give way to vehicles or emergency personnel, ambulance to access the emergency situations.
12. Strictly to follow the instructions of the route and directions from the control officer or the competition committee.
13. To collect the Trophy - for those who receives the prize and act in accordance with the rules are welcome to report to identify themselves to the committee within 30 minutes after passed the finish line at the point specified by the committee. Note: * After 30 minutes, if not reported or identified themselves shall be considered a waiver
14. Presence for receiving an Award or Trophy, these are things to required “BIB, Rank Badges for Runners and runners of all award categories must show an ID card or a government-issued ID card with a photo ID (driving license) or passport to claim the prize as announced within the specified time. Otherwise, it will be considered unsuccessful and will be disqualified to receive the prize.
15. The protest can be processed within 30 minutes after entering the finish line.
16. Other rules not specified will be referred to the competition rules of the Athletics Association of Thailand. (Under the patronage)
17. Photos, animations, sounds, articles and competition statistics are the copyright of the organizer and may be distributed on various media such as newspapers, internet, television, magazines etc. Athletes can take photos animation and their own voice to use without having to ask a permission. The organizer does not allow the commercial use of photos and animations of events and contests.
18. The judge & decision of the referee is final.

From Bangkok to Sawan/ Nong Som Bun Park, -head northwest to Dinso Road, out of the roundabout towards Ratchadamneonklang Rard. Drive straight through Phan Fa Lilat junction onto Nakhon Sawan Road, turn right at Nang Loeng junction to Phitsanulok Road at Yomarat junction, continue to Phetchaburi Road, keep right at the junction follow the signs Din Daeng / Rama 9 Road / Chaeng Watthana and merge onto Si Rat Expressway cuts into the Si Rat Expressway. Continue onto Bang Pa-in - Pak Kret / Udon Ratthaya Expressway. Take exit 2-16 on the right to Road 9 / Western Outer Ring Road to Bang Sai-Bang Pa-in. Keep right at the fork Follow the signs for Bang Pa-in and merge onto Route 9, take the exit onto AH2, enter Route 347, use the ramp to Pa Mok / Ang Thong, enter Road No. 32, Luang Pho O Intersection, continue onto Route 1, make a U-turn at the Sawan Park junction, turn left onto Wong Sawan, Sawan Park Nong Sombun, Nakhonsawan Province.
