ALTRA100 takes place in the highlands of Ifugao, at the seat of the 2,000 years old Banaue Rice Terraces, designated by UNESCO as World Heritage Site in 1995, it is commonly referred by Filipinos as the “Eight Wonder of the World”. Scheduled to take place in the middle of summer, when the terraced rice fields are bursting with green and the weather is fairly predictable. The course features breathtaking landscapes, ancient rice paddies, forest trails and steep mountains that will surely captivate and challenge outdoor sports enthusiasts.
We are happy to invite all local and international trail runners, come conquer the trails of Ifugao!
