05:00 - 06:40 Transition zone open for athletes check in.
05:00 - 06:30 Bike mechanic service
06:30 Standard Triathlon Distance, individual and team. Assemble at 06:20
06:45 Duathlon starts. Assemble at 06:35
07:30 Triathlon Sprint starts. Assemble at 07:20
08:45 onward Food & Beverage for athlete.
10:00 onward Trophy ceremony
13:00 Transition area closed. Athletes must collect bikes and equipment within this time.
Cut-off Times
  • Swim: 1 hour for Standard Triathlon Distance and 30 mins for Sprint Triathlon Distance.
  • Bike: At 09:30 AM
  • Finish line: 12:00 AM

  • The team consists of 3 members. One swimmer, one cyclist, and one runner.
  • All must be over the age of 18.
  • All handover will happen at the teams numbered bike rack in the transition area. Athletes must hand over chips and race number at the designated area.

Team Relay Standard Triathlon

Open (Overall)

The team consists of 3 members. One swimmer, one cyclist, and one runner. No Age Groups But all must be over the age of 18.

Entry fee includes :

  • Swim cap for triathlete, and for a swimmer of Team Relay Triathlon.
  • A set of race number for bike & run with belt.
  • Timing Chip.
  • Souvenir T-shirt and bike bottle.
  • Food and beverage after the race.

Prize

Age group trophy

First, Second, and Third place finishers in each age group category will receive a trophy for the Triathlon and Duathlon.

Medal

Medal will be given to all athletes who complete the race by crossing the finish line.
