Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

• A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport

• The organizers are not allowed to change the race category and race tee size.

• Athletes who registered to join the race must complete the registration fee and notify the payment within the specified time. Otherwise, the registration will be considered cancelled .

• After made the payment, athletes must confirm payment to the system. Otherwise, the registration will be considered cancelled .

• Athletes must be pin the BIB to the front of your shirt/singlet to clearly see throughout the race.

• Athletes will receive a timer chip. Athletes must check the chip as determined by the organizer.

• In the event that athletes who have received all types of awards must show ID card or a card issued by a government agency which show ID card number and photo or show the passport to receive awards within the specified time, otherwise it will be considered cannot present oneself and be disqualified for receiving the award.

• The registration fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or postponement of the race due to reasons that cannot be controlled by the organizer or natural disaster.

• The organizer reserves the right to give prizes, in the event that the full name of the winner is not the same as the registered information.

• The route may be changed for runner safety which depends on the discretion of the Race Director only

• Rules and judgments of the committees are final.
