Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

- Citizen ID Card/Passport of representative
- A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport

RACE RULES
- Open Registration until December 3rd 2019 or until tickets are full
- There 2 types of races: 10 km. and 5 km.
- The race is on Sunday, 26th of January 2020
- Start and Cut off Time
- 10K Race
- Start: [R1] 06:00 / 08.30 , [R2] 15.15 / 17.30
- 5K Race
- Start: [R1] 06:15 / 08.30 , [R2] 15.30 / 17.30
- 10K Race
- The organizer does not allow for change of race types, shirt size, all items in race pack and products by pre-order after January 5th, 2020
- Athlete must clearly put on their number in the front
- Athlete must pay the registration fee by the deadline or will be forfeited from the race
- In case of receiving the prize, athlete must show their ID card, driving license, passport, or cards issued by government authorities. Else they will be forfeited from receiving the prize.
- The organizer holds the rights to not provide refunds in case of cancelation or any unexpected/uncontrollable issues (flood, quake, natural disasters).
- The route maybe altered for the safety of the athletes. Thus depending on the decisions of the Race Director.
- Rules and decisions made by the committee are final
