The overall ranking for the OVERALL HALF 21km and OVERALL MINI 11km competitions will use the GUN Time system as the criterion for judgment. The results are final.
The ranking for the HALF 21km and MINI 11km age categories will use the Chip Time system as the criterion for judgment. The results are final. Runners can check their results by scanning the QR-Code on their BIB. If awarded, they must report to the registration point to claim their prize.
The FUN RUN 4km is not a competitive event.
Registration for prize collection starts at 06:00 AM, and prize distribution begins at 06:30 AM or when all runners in each category have reported.
Awarded runners must present one of the following: a national ID card, driver's license, or original passport, along with their BIB number and name matching their registration to verify their identity for prize collection.
In the case of a runner who has received an award but does not report, if the officials have made three phone calls and cannot contact them, or if they do not report within 30 minutes, it will be considered as "forfeiting the right" and the next ranked runner will take their place. Runners who do not report will not have the right to claim or receive the award later.
The award presentation for the HALF 21km and MINI 11km age categories will only take place if there is at least one competitor in each age category.
The award presentation on the day of the competition is considered final. There will be no additional awards given after the competition day.
In the case that a runner arrives at the event area after the designated start time and after the SWEEPER has left the START point for 15 minutes, the runner may start from the START point. However, the runner must take care of themselves as there will be no SWEEPER to provide support at the end.
