Objectives

TCP Group aims to be a part of energizing a better world, in line with the organization's goal of "Energizing a Better World for All." This is achieved by conducting business with sustainability in mind. In 2024, TCP Group has achieved the goal of 100% recyclable packaging. TCP invites everyone to join in energizing a better world together through the TCP WEnergy re.run 2024 running event. This event caters to both running enthusiasts and environmentalists, offering running competitions in both mini marathon and micro marathon formats, with distances of 10 km and 5 km, under the concept of 3R: reduce – reuse – recycle.

  • Registration Tracking Number
  • Citizen ID Card/Passport

Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

  • Registration Tracking Number
  • Citizen ID Card/Passport of representative
  • A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Runner's accident insurance Purchase personal (group) accident insurance with Tune Insurance Public Company Limited Runners (name-surname matching ID card) will receive accident protection. Medical treatment limit is 10,000 baht with the following details.

  1. Coverage during the competition period 05.00 – 07.00 hrs. on the day of the competition. Sunday, June 30, 2024. Must receive treatment within 24 hours from the time of the accident.
  2. This insurance covers only accidents occurring while on the running route.
  3. You can receive treatment at any hospital within 24 hours after the accident. You must reserve to pay for medical expenses first. Then issue a tax invoice in your name that matches the one applied. Ready to request a medical certificate Then contact the representative team at 064-224-4303 to help manage the reimbursement process. You will receive a refund from Tune Insurance Public Company Limited after submitting complete documents within 15-30 business days.
  4. Accident insurance covers people aged 15-75 years.

COMPETITION RULES

  1. The race organizers prioritize the safety of participants. Participants must strictly adhere to the guidelines and warnings provided. Participants acknowledge the various risks that may arise during the event. The race organizers are not responsible for injuries or fatalities resulting from training or participating in the competition. Participants should undergo a health check before registering or participating.
  2. Participants must withdraw from the race immediately if diagnosed by the medical team, race director, committee, and/or relevant officials. 
  3. Awards for the overall category are determined by gun time, while age group awards are determined by net time (chip time). Age is calculated by subtracting the participant's birth year from the race year. Age groups are as follows: 3.1 Mini Marathon: Male & Female under 30, 30-49, 50 above (both male and female categories)
  4. Race Requirements and Timing: 4.1 Participants must pass designated Check Points for the mini marathon (10 km) races. 4.2 Timing chips record runners' times, and official race statistics can be obtained after crossing the finish line. 4.3 Cut-off times are established, and runners must pass cut-off points before the specified times. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification (DNF) without eligibility for prizes.
  5. Race Numbers and Awards: 5.1 Participants must wear their assigned race number visibly on the front of their shirts. 5.2 Awards will not be given if race numbers are not clearly visible, or if there are discrepancies in age group classification. 5.3 Each participant is allowed only one race number and is not permitted to run on behalf of others or receive more than one award.
  6. Protest Procedure: Protests regarding race results can be submitted in writing to the Race Management Office within 30 minutes of the official result announcement. A protest must be accompanied by a 1,000 Baht deposit.
  7. Refund Policy and Participant Limitation: 7.1 No refunds will be issued after completing the registration and payment process, even in the event of race cancellation. 7.2 Race organizers reserve the right to limit or reject participation based on their own discretion and reasoning. 7.3 Race organizers deny responsibility for any consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during the registration process.
  8. Registration Rights: The right to participate in the race is non-transferable.
  9. Penalties for Fraudulent Conduct: Penalties, including a 3-year ban from both the giving and receiving ends, will be imposed on individuals found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct, such as using another runner's number. Reports of such misconduct will be submitted to the Thai Athletic Association within the next three years.
  10. Media Usage and Rights: Race organizers reserve the right to use photographs, motion pictures, videos, or other media recorded during the event for publicity and advertising purposes.

Cut-Off Time

**Mini Mathathon (10 km.) will have their race time recorded. Using the electronic Timing Chip system as a timer device. There will be a time limit for the competition Cut Off 2 hours (07:00 a.m.) **Micro Marathon (5 km.) do not have a Timing Chip. There will be a time limit for the competition Cut Off 1.45 hours (07:00 a.m.)
