### Rules for Runners
- Runners must only use the path that the staff has with ribbons or signs marked. Do not run arbitrarily off course.
- Runners must strictly follow the instructions of the course staff.
3.You discard any waste water bottles of any kind on the running route and must be discarded only in the designated spots.
- Do not create any situation that will cause damage or harm to fellow runners participating in the race.
- All runners are prohibited to destroy or collect any crops, vegetables and fruits in the conservation area.
Mandatory Equipment
- The mandatory equipment is a safety device that the contestants must hold as important and portable luggage throughout the activity.

** Distance 40 km. Headlamp required. Headlamp - Water bottle. Backpacks 1.2 liters or more - Whistle - Personal glass - Mobile phone - First aid kit 2.5 km refill point in the park area 5-7 km
** Distance 25 km Headlamp required Headlamp - Water bottle, backpacks 1.2 liters or more - Whistle - Personal water glass - Mobile phone - First aid kit 2.5 km water refill point in the park area 5-7 km
** Distance 15 km required Water bottles, backpacks, 1.2 liters up to 1.2 liters - whistle - personal glasses - mobile phones 2.5 km water refill point in the park 5-7 km.
