### Picking up the Racepack (Race shirts/ BIB running numbers)

• For self-pick up Use the application number + ID card. Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or photocopy Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to display and show to our officers.

• For picking up on behalf of another person, Use the application number + ID card of the person whose name is the application. (Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or photocopy Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to display and show to our officers + ID card of the person who wants to pick up on behalf of others instead (Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (driving's license) or passport Or photocopy Or take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones) to display/ show to our officers.

• In the case of BIB exchange/ purchasing from another person. To do as follows;

  • 2. Runners must NOTIFY the officer that they are BUYING from another person. So that the staff will make the correction / change the details in BIB to be correctly according to the running distance / gender / age of the buyer. Remark: Failed to do so - will NOT be eligible to receive any prizes if you are one of the winner ranked in the group age.

Note: Runners 43.5k Marathon & 21.1k Half Marathon. Please remember the sequence number used to apply + ID card. Or a card issued by a government agency that has an identification card number with attached photo (or driving's license, Passport) Or can take snapshots of pictures/photo on mobile phones to show to our officer. Because they have to contact to collect the Finisher 43.5k/ 21k. Shirt at the Directorate, which must use the same information and procedures as receiving the Racepack.

### Services on Race Day 07/02/2021

1. Drop-Off service from 03.00 hrs. (Please collect within 1 hour after finish your races/ or before 12.00hrs.)
2. Drinking water service according to the competition management standard (every 2 km)
3. Serving electrolyte drinks, watermelon, nectar juices, bananas, Thong-Yod and muscle relief spray.
4. Pacers services are the time keeper and Sweepers to be at last to accompany the last one for their safety and well-being.
5. There are the police or officers escort to lead the first runner & the leading group ages as well as to close at end the procession for the last one (behind Sweepers).
6. There is a traffic police taking care of traffic control at every signals & intersections.
7. Receive the holy water from the monk at every race distances.
8. Breakfast, beverages, fruits, desserts, arranged separately according to 3.3/ 10.5/ 21k/43.5k for participants after finished their races at the event area.
9. Health check-up and first aid services along with the mobile emergency Ambulance at the check point as standard and to look after all the runners throughout the competitions.
10. There are staffs team & voluntarily to take care the runners of the entire races.
11. There is a cold water pool / tub available in front of the finish line for 21.1k runners & and a 43.5k runners after finishing their races.
12. There is a Thai massage services, to stretch and loosen the muscle to serve runners after crossing the finish line.
13. There is a mobile toilet at the check point as standard. And can enter by various government agencies along the way and or can visit the houses and communities along the way in each distances whenever require.
14. There are lights installed along the road where there is no light along the road.
15. Runners can bring their tents to set up at all the Government agencies offices such as the Public Health/ or District Office/ The Khao Kho Hospital etc. which can choose their own area without cost.
16. There is a free parking place. Please bring your car into the parking lot early in the morning, which can be parked on both sides of the road. (There is a shuttle bus going up / down the event area)
17. There is a shuttle service for runners from the parking spots along both sides of the road for back and forth.
18. There are officers & the staff team from the Radio Club, community leaders of each village / sub-district, policeman and volunteers facilitating throughout the running route.

Bangkok - Access the Si Ratr Expressway heading to Thung Phaya Thai Sub-District 8 minutes from Ratchadamnoen Klang Road, Nakhon Sawan Road and Phitsanulok Road - Head west to Dinso Road 170 meters - from the roundabout to the road Ratchadamnoen Klang 400 meters - go straight to Nakhon Sawan Road 450 meters - Drive straight through Chakkraphat Phong Intersection and drive along Nakhon Sawan Road - Pass Gold Ow Lee Huat (right) 750 meters - use Bang Pa-in-Pak Kret Expressway / Udon Ratthaya Expressway, Road No. - Lom Sak to Road No. 2258 heading to Tha Phon Subdistrict, 4 hours 38 minutes (364 km.) - Cut into Si Rat Expressway 1.3 km. - Keep left at the intersection to run on. Si Rat Expressway 15.9 km. Expressway - Si Rat Expressway Make a slight right to the Bang Pa-in-Pak Kret Expressway / Udon Ratthaya Expressway, 28.5 km expressway - use any lane To take exit 2-16 For 9 / the western outer ring to Bang Sai-Bang Pa-in expressway 140 meters - keep right at the intersection Follow the signs for Bang Pa-in and cut onto Route 9 for about 1.7 km. - Go straight all the way, running on Route 9, about 6.3 km. - Go straight all the way, running on Route 9. 2.8 km. - Keep right to continue running on a parallel track, Phahonyothin Road 900 meters. - Use any lane. Samakkhi / Lom Sak Road - Saraburi 4.7 km. - Continue on Route 2258, drive to Road No. 2196 heading to Khao Kho Subdistrict - 38 minutes (31.8 km) - Turn left onto Road No. 2258 23.8 km. - Turn right to run on road number 2258 for about 14 meters. - Continue to road number 2196 - the destination will be on the left 7.9 km. - Sea Mok Viewpoint, Khao Kho District - Khao Kho Subdistrict, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun 67270 (End of route) Note: This route is for planning purposes only. You may find that construction, traffic, weather or other events it may cause road conditions to differ from map results and you should plan the route accordingly. You must follow all signs or announcements about your route.

1. Age requirements of runners in each race the applicants under age of 12 years old must have parental consent.
2. Appearance, runners must contact to receive the Racepack. They must show their ID card, driving's license or passport, photocopy, capture photo on mobile phone are accepted to collect “Racepack”.
3. Running race scheduling will use "Gun Time" (the time from the clock of the competition) to judge the official wining results by using a “Rank Badges for Runners” and check through the check point.
4. Start point, runners must arrive at the Start point before the release time according to the type of distance they applied and passed the “check in” before entering the starting line as well as must exit at the specified point in accordance with the rules.
5. During the running, the runners must attach a BIB number to the front side of their race shirt to be visible and clearly for the committee to the entire race. Follow the specified path only and must run through all the checkpoints. Remark: *In case of running out of the specified route -The committee has the right to request you to leave the race competition immediately.
6. Should not run in groups in a horizontal, Observe and look behind you every time before changing lanes or overtaking, kindly pull over at the side of the road in case of to tie a shoe or doing other activities.
7. Do not dress or have any equipment that may be harmful to other runners.
8. Not dressing inappropriately, causing discomfort to other runners or visitors, such as being impolite, obscene, expressing political views, humiliating religion or beliefs, advertising products, propaganda etc.
9. Do not use devices or sounds that will cause others to misunderstand that the signal is released.
10. Not doing anything which causes a delay in the race competition or obstructing the finish line.
11. Stop or give way to vehicles or emergency personnel, ambulance to access the emergency situations.
12. Strictly to follow the instructions of the route and directions from the control officer or the competition committee.
13. To collect the Trophy - for those who receives the prize and act in accordance with the rules are welcome to report to identify themselves to the committee within 30 minutes after passed the finish line at the point specified by the committee.

Note: * After 30 minutes, if not reported or identified themselves shall be considered a waiver

14. Presence for receiving an Award or Trophy, these are things to required “BIB, Rank Badges for Runners and runners of all award categories must show an ID card or a government-issued ID card with a photo ID (driving license) or passport, photocopy, capture photo on mobile phone are accepted to claim the prize as announced within the specified time. Otherwise, it will be considered unsuccessful and will be disqualified to receive the prize.
15. The protest can be processed within 30 minutes after entering the finish line.
16. Other rules not specified will be referred to the competition rules of the Athletics Association of Thailand. (Under the patronage)
17. Photos, animations, sounds, articles and competition statistics are the copyright of the organizer and may be distributed on various media such as newspapers, internet, television, magazines etc. Athletes can take photos animation and their own voice to use without having to ask a permission. The organizer does not allow the commercial use of photos and animations of events and contests.
18. The judge & decision of the referee is final.
19. Note: The organizer reserves the right to refund any refund - but Rackpack will be delivered to runners at the address provided in the system.
20. Certification of the applicant to certify that he/she has applied for the 1st “KHAO KHO SUBMITTERS MARATHON” “to admire the way of heroic heroes and their sacrifice for Khao Kho" voluntarily as well as he/ she is a healthy person and fit to run to participate this race. If an accident is injured either before or after or during/ while participating in the activity – he/ she will not claim any injuries/ damages from the organizing committee in all cases and any circumstances.
