วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมความเป็นพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยในกลุ่ม First Time Voters ที่ไม่เคยใช้สิทธิ์ออกเสียงเลือกตั้งให้เป็นพลเมืองที่มีคุณภาพ มีความรู้และทักษะในการตรวจสอบผู้แทนที่มีคุณภาพ เข้าใจนโยบาย ใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง และติดตามผลงานได้ ทางกลุ่มผู้นำยุคใหม่ในระบอบประชาธิปไตยรุ่นที่ 8 (ปนป. 8) สถาบันพระปกเกล้า (กลุ่มสิงโต) จึงดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อรณรงค์ให้กลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และสามารถแสดงออกถึงพลังความร่วมมือ ผ่านกิจกรรมวิ่ง Voter Run 2019 (เลือกตั้งรัน 62 คนรุ่นใหม่ชี้ชะตาอนาคตชาติ) ซึ่งสามารถนำเอาความรู้ที่ได้จากในการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ไปประยุกต์ปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและสาธารณะ รายได้หลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายมอบให้กับโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา
