A lap of 320 meters with 11 obstacles.

  • Race as a team of 5 members
  • Open. No age group or gender category
  • The audition Round: 6 teams in each wave. The first team that cross the finish line will be qualified into the Semi-Final Round.
  • The Semi-Final Round: 4 teams in each wave. The first team that cross the finish line will be qualified into the Final round.
  • The Final Round: 4 teams.
  • Cut-off time: 25 mins each wave.

Solo

A lap of 320 meters with 11 obstacles.

  • Individual
  • Open. No age group or gender category
  • The audition Round: 30 people in each wave. The first 5 people in each wave will be qualified to the final round.
  • The Final Round: 35 people.
  • Cut-off time: 40 mins in each wave.

Solo Hardcore

2 laps of 320 meters each, with 11 obstacles.

  • Individual
  • Open. No age group or gender category
  • The audition Round: 30 people in each wave. The first 5 people in each wave will be qualified to the final round.
  • The Final Round: 35 people.
  • Cut-off time: 40 mins in each wave.
